When to use Line-Out

Line-Out is made for grounds where lines need to change. Stadiums and multi-sport grounds use it to cover GAA lines before marking a soccer pitch, or the reverse. Clubs sharing a ground use it between fixtures. And if a line goes down in the wrong place, you can cover it and re-mark it without redoing the whole pitch.

How to use Line-Out

  1. Shake the container well.
  2. Mix 2L of Line-Out with 4L of clean water. Add more water if you want a lighter green to match your grass.
  3. For a spray marker, fit a Green Flat Fan Nozzle (F110-015). For a transfer wheel marker, pour the mix straight into the tank.
  4. Apply one coat over the white lines and let it dry, usually within an hour. Then mark your new lines on top.
  5. Flush the machine with clean water or EcoClean before switching back to white paint.

Store between 10°C and 25°C, and use within 12 months of opening.

Frequently asked questions

How does Line-Out work?

It's a grass-green paint applied over white lines. Once dry, it blends in with the surrounding grass so the old line no longer stands out.

Can I change the shade of green?

Yes. Start at 2L of paint to 4L of water and add more water for a lighter shade to match your grass.

How much does 10L cover?

Roughly 2–3 full pitch line layouts, depending on how many lines you cover and how heavily you apply it.

What nozzle should I use?

Use the Green Flat Fan Nozzle (F110-015) on spray markers.

Can I mark new lines on top?

Yes. Once Line-Out is dry, mark new white lines directly over it.

Is Line-Out suitable for GAA pitches?

Yes. It's widely used by GAA clubs and by soccer clubs sharing GAA grounds.

How should I store Line-Out?

Store it between 10°C and 25°C and protect it from frost. Once opened, use it within 12 months.
